About this venue
An indoor arena on the north bank of the Clyde, part of the Scottish Event Campus. It opened in 2013 to a Foster + Partners design: a steeply raked horseshoe bowl around a flat floor, under a translucent skin. Capacity is 14,300 at its fullest configuration, and the room is routinely draped down to a fraction of that.
